15 Days Visa-Free: Big News for Camp & Short-Term Students!

On Nov 24, China announced that starting from December 1, 2023, citizens of 6 countries with ordinary passports will be able to come to China visa-free for such purposes as tourism, family visits, business and transit:

• France
• Germany
• Italy
• The Netherland
• Spain
• Malaysia

So if you are from one of these 6 countries, you can now come to China for a short term much more easily!

This is fantastic news for:

• Adult students. Now you can just book your tickets and come to China for 2 weeks to practice Chinese ✈️

• Young Summer & Winter Camp applicants. The process just got easier too! Start applying for 2024 camp programs now to secure your spot 🎉

The News

The news came on Friday, November 24, from the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Validity

According to the ministry spokesperson, it’s going to be a unilateral policy (so the rules will not work the same way for Chinese citizens willing to visit those 6 countries).

• Start date: December 1, 2023
• End date: November 30, 2024
